January Construction Update
Welcome to the Arramont Community Update for January 2022!
Our civil partner has now returned from the Christmas break and is excited to continue bringing the Arramont community to life.
Due to the ramifications of the COVID-19 temporary shutdown and weather events that have lingered and prevented construction, Stage 10 title dates have been delayed. However, Arramont and our civil partner are working to ensure the projected March 2022 title date will be achieved.
There’s good news for Stage 11, which has now been titled. Your block is ready for you to settle and for you to start building your dream home — congratulations!
Eatherworks have now been completed in Stage 12 as work begins to install the sewer and drainage to service the development of the stage.
Stages 13 & 14A enter Phase 1 of the construction process, with plans currently being updated for Council and Authority acceptance of documentation including engineering design to allow physical works to commence on site.
