April Construction Update

Welcome to the Arramont Community Update for April
Construction continues to progress well at Arramont and we’re excited to share an update with you.
Civil landscaping works on Stage 7 local park continue to progress well. Excitingly the playground equipment has been installed, along with the basketball half court and footpaths. The base for the shelter is currently being poured and we look forward to seeing how works progress over the following weeks.
Works on Stage 10 have been completed and prepared for Council inspection and compliance. Ausnet and Yarra Valley Water compliances will be sought over the coming weeks in anticipation of formal Statement of Compliance and Titles for late April. Settlements for Stage 10 should follow in mid-May.
Stage 12 sewer and drainage civil works are completed and set to be finalised before the Easter break.
Stage 13 and 14A functional engineering approvals are well advanced and with Council for final approval. We continue to liaise with the Council on a regular basis and expect formalised approvals very soon. Detailed engineering submissions have been prepared and are pending Council functional approvals.
The Council continues to review functional engineering plans for Stages 15, 16 and 20, and detailed designs are being progressed by our engineers to submit once Council issues functional approvals.
The team at Arramont are committed to ensuring purchasers get access to their lots as soon as possible. We encourage buyers to check construction updates for all the latest information.
