Wollert Development is on the rise

Landscaping Works

Stages 17, 18 & 19 streetscapes and reserves design documentation for Council endorsement is substantially complete, with the project anticipated to go out for tender in Q4 2025.

The Ultimate Wetland is now complete and is now on maintenance, with practical completion from Melbourne Water anticipated in August 2025. We anticipate that the Ultimate Wetland will be open to the community in Q3 2027. *Ultimate Wetland Reserve  

Stage 14C, 17, 18 & 19 - Civil Works

Stages 14C, 17, 18, and 19 are progressing well and commencement of Works is pending Council and Authority Approvals   *Stage 20 Civil Works
